Who is it for? Children aged 8–12 and teenagers aged 13+, especially young athletes going through growth spurts.

Directions for use:
Children aged 8–12 (20–50 kg): 1 sachet daily.
Teenagers aged 13+ (from 50 kg): 2 sachets daily.
Dissolve each sachet in 200 ml of water, or mix according to taste, and drink after a meal, preferably in the evening. Not suitable for children under 8 years of age, pregnant women or breastfeeding women.
For best results — a 3-month course:
Growth and bone mineralisation take place over several months. A 3-month course supports the child throughout a complete period of growth and cell renewal — such as a sports season or growth spurt — when developing bones, joints and teeth require a consistent supply of essential building blocks.
Note: Teenagers taking two sachets per day will use two boxes per month.
